Jerome is the Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs – France at CoinShares and is also the Managing Director of CoinShares Asset Management, which is authorised by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) as both an alternative investment fund manager and a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA. Notably, it is the first regulated asset manager in Europe to secure MiCA authorisation. Jerome holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from Université Toulouse Capitole (France).
